Web site uses the Contact—Information & Order Form for customers to request information, products, and services. I collect visitor's contact information (like name, e-mail, and address) and financial information (like their​ account or credit card numbers).  Contact information from the order form, information about the company, and occasional future promotional material are used to send orders. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the customer when necessary regarding the order.
